6.2 Employer, University, and Business User Data

Where employers or institutions use the Services, the Company may process:

  • Organisation name and registered details;
  • Business contact information;
  • Job postings, eligibility criteria, sponsorship information, and recruitment content;
  • Communications exchanged via the platform.

6.3 Automatically Collected Technical and Usage Data

When Users access the Services, the Company may automatically collect:

8. PAYMENTS AND FINANCIAL PROCESSING

8.1 All subscription payments are processed by Stripe, acting as an independent third-party payment processor.

8.2 The Company does not collect, store, or process payment card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information.

8.3 Payment processing is subject to Stripe's own privacy and security practices, for which the Company accepts no responsibility.

9. COOKIES AND STRICTLY NECESSARY TECHNOLOGIES

9.1 The Services utilise strictly necessary cookies only, which are essential for core functionality, including session management, authentication, platform security, and fraud prevention.

9.2 No advertising, analytics, profiling, behavioural tracking, or marketing cookies are deployed.

10. DATA SHARING, DISCLOSURE, AND ACCESS CONTROLS

10.1 The Company does not sell, rent, license, or otherwise commercially exploit Personal Data.

10.2 Personal Data may be disclosed only in the following limited circumstances:

  • a) Where a job seeker voluntarily applies for a role or shares information with an employer;

11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

12. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
